Cheese Sauce is a fully prepared refrigerated ready to reheat and serve over steamed or blanched vegetables or mixed with your favourite pasta shape. The product is prepared with milk, margarine and parmesan cheese over a double boiler brought up to 90-95°Celsius. The sauce is then seasoned and thickened with flour and water.
