Capricciosa is a fully prepared and refrigerated pasta sauce base to be mixed with our traditional napoli sauce and then accompanied with a desired pasta. The product is prepared with tender 1cm pieces of lamb and seasonings simmered at 95°Celsius then add vegetables maintaining heat and cooked for approximately a further 20 minutes.

preservation method
Hot filled not less than 80°Celsius. Cold storage.

The product is proportioned into 2kg polyethylene bags and packaged in a cardboard outer (5 bags per box).
